Ferzil 18 Wood Burning Stove: Real Camp Cooking
Big enough to cook for real, yet compact for travel.
Folded flat, it fits easily into a waterproof barrel for a canoe trip, a backpack, a bicycle or motorcycle pannier, or a camper van.
Its firebox is powerful enough for real cooking over high heat, even with a frying pan.
The included cooking grate is large enough to support both a cooking pot and a mug at the same time.
A good handful of dry deadwood is usually enough to prepare a hot meal.
The wide front opening makes it easy to feed the fire without removing the pot.
The cooking grate can be lowered closer to the embers to make the most of the remaining heat until the very end.
Handcrafted with sturdy construction and carefully finished details.
A size below would be enough? Take a look at the Ferzil 13.
Storage Pouch Option
Cotton canvas storage pouch with a simple roll-top closure secured by hook-and-loop fastening. Large enough to carry the stove as well as a lighter, a P3RS alcohol stove or some fire starters.
Depending on available fabric, colours may vary between shades of green, red or dark blue.
Windscreen Option
Makes the stove easier to use when the wind picks up.
In calm conditions, it also improves efficiency by directing more heat towards the pot.
